Spitfire is a headband named after my sister Becki. That was her nickname growing up. People always thought she was shy and quiet, but oh buddy, get her mad and watchout! She will spitfire!!

Sky Eyes

Ok, So my mom LOVES the color blue and has been wanting a blue headband. I finally got it done! Sorry momma, but it is finally shipped to you! ;)

While I was working on this one, the color kept reminding me of my Grandpa's eyes and our nickname for each other. Ever since I was a little girl we called each other Sky Eyes. It has been a special thing for me and even now when I go visit him, and his body and mind are not as they once were, he still calls me that, and it still makes my heart so happy. He is the most amazing man and I love him so much. We were lucky to grow up with our Grandparents across the road and they were a HUGE part of our lives. My Grandma passed away last November, and I know my sweet Grandpa misses her and can't wait to be with her again soon. But for now, I will enjoy my time with him and looking into his Sky eyes that I love so much.

So now, here is the Sky Eyes headband!

So I have this awesome sis-in-law Sarah Whiting( well, actually I am lucky and have 2 awesome ones), and she wanted me to make her a headband that was navy and white and kind of a nautical feel, to wear with a blazer jacket she wears for work. She said she usually wears pearls with it, so I got busy and created this beauty! I asked her to name it for me and she came up with this name, isn't it great?? I am going to have to have her help me name little sassies in the future! ;)

Sad, Sad News at Toxic Sass...

Oh how sad I am to share this sad news! One of my favorite headband/wristie/lil's is going into retirement! Which one you ask? Well, it is Buttercup! Sniff! Sniff! I have not been able to find more fabric for the center piece of it. I have enough to make 1 more and then it is done! So if you have been thinking of getting one, you better snatch it now! If I happen to find that fabric again, I can bring it out of retirement, but not very likely!! :( Here is the listing for my little baby! If you want the last one you better snatch it up!
